This Agreement is effective from 18 October 2017.
The network believes a healthy ecosystem is key to providing fun and enjoyable poker games. We take poker ecology very seriously, so we have put a variety of security measures into place to make sure our players have the experience we promised.
All the security measures in this agreement state what we monitor, how we monitor, and how we take action to secure the poker ecology.
The network will investigate, without prior notification, any breach of this agreement. This agreement is bound to change, without notice, at any time.
Predatory behavior is defined as an activity focused primarily on, but not limited to, exploiting others to gain monetary advantage. Such predatory behavior is in direct conflict of our promise to the players, and the management team will not tolerate any form of it. Although poker is a game of skill, the network promises to provide a safe, fun, recreational, and enjoyable game experience for all players.
If a player exhibits any predatory behavior as defined by the network, the network, in its sole discretion, shall be entitled, without notice, to suspend the player’s participation in the poker network, pending the conclusion of an investigation into the player’s activities. Further, following the conclusion of the investigation, the network reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the suspension or permanently ban the player, and confiscate all funds.
While the chat feature is a fun part of the online poker experience, we expect all players to follow standard poker etiquette with respect to the chat used at the tables. If the network is required to remove the chat option from a player’s account, a note detailing the reason for the removal will be left on the player’s account. The following rules apply with regards to chat at the tables:
3.1 Foul Language / Abusive Behavior: If a player is using foul language at the tables, then a common sense policy should be adopted. Players must understand that the poker room is an over 18’s environment and some players will inevitably vent their bad luck at the tables. Support will remove the offending player’s chat for a period of 2 weeks and warn them regarding future behavior. Multiple offences from the same player will result in an extended or lifetime ban.
3.2 Racist Language: Any players found using racist language at the tables should have their chat facility removed for one month with a note placed on their accounts and a stern warning issued to the players. A second offence will result in permanent removal of chat privileges.
3.3 Spamming: Any players found using the tables to spam other players with details of external websites, promotions, or products should have their chat removed permanently.
3.4 Begging: Any players found begging at the tables should have their chat removed for a month and issued a warning. A second offence should result in complete removal of the chat facility.
3.5 Discussing hands in play: If any player discusses hands in play, then his or her chat should be removed for a month. Repeat offences should result in the permanent removal of the chat facility.
Although the network adopts the broad guidelines above, a common sense policy will be used when applying them. In the event the network has to investigate a chat issue, we will examine the chat of the player who committed the violation as well as the player who reported the violation, in order to fully understand the context of the chat.
The network reserves the right to amend, without prior notification, the Nickname and Avatar of any player. A common sense policy will be used to determine whether a Nickname and/or Avatar is befitting within our software.
4.1 Political Implications
4.2 Racial slurs
4.3 Offensive meanings
4.4 Celebrity impersonations
4.5 Sexual implications
Players will be warned of their selection and will be redirected to the Nickname and Avatar settings page for new selection. The network, at its sole discretion, may decide to suspend the account if multiple violations have been made deliberately.
Upon first log-in to the network, we will ask you to select your residential country. This information will be displayed throughout the software for others to view. The residential country does not have to match your current IP.
At any time, the network may request you to provide proof of your residence. The network, at its sole discretion, may decide to suspend your account if you do not cooperate with the request, or if you have deliberately selected a country for the purpose of, but not limited to, disguise, fraud, circumvention, or any misleading information.
Due to the many different gaming laws regarding online poker and risks involved with political instability and terror threats, the network cannot currently accept players who reside in any of the following countries:
United States of America, Afghanistan, Algeria, American Samoa, Angola, Aruba, Bahrain, Belize, Bonaire Sint Eustatius and Saba, Cuba, Curaçao, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Liberia, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Netherlands, Norfolk Island, Oman, Rwanda, Saint Martin (French part), Seychelles, Somalia, Sudan, United Arab Emirates, Yemen.
The above restricted country list may change upon legal and political status.
The network allows players to register accounts with multiple Operators. Each Operator will have its own set of multi-accounting policies.
However, we enforce the general policy that an individual may only register and play for any single tournament from one of these accounts. Any player who plays in a tournament from multiple player accounts will be in violation, and suffer the following consequences:
– They will be disqualified from a tournament in-progress if the violation is detected in real-time.
– All funds will be confiscated from all accounts owned by the player.
– They will be permanently banned from playing on the network.
Any use of Proxies or VPNs is not allowed on the network. We will not condone any connection attempted via these methods. Players using such methods will be warned against their use, and upon the second breach, the account will be suspended.
The network prohibits any use of External Assistance Programs, which includes, but is not limited to, computer software and non-software-based databases or profiles (e.g. websites and subscription services) using game play data from the network.
In the event that we have reasonable suspicion that any software has been used, we reserve the right to take any action we see fit, including immediately blocking access to the services to the offending user, permanently banning such user’s account, and confiscating all funds held in such account.
Collusion is a form of cheating in which two or more players either secretly exchange hole card information or otherwise form a cheating partnership to the detriment of other players at the same table or participants in the same tournament.
The network uses sophisticated software to analyze hands, gameplay history, and suspicious activities. Our system monitors card history, betting patterns, player history and their gameplay, including all bets, for all players, up to and including the last round of betting on the river card. We also look at various other sources of information as part of our anti-collusion checks.
Where we find clear evidence of collusion we will reimburse the funds back to the player(s) who were colluded against. Where we find evidence that a player has attempted or committed collusion, they will be permanently banned and their funds confiscated.
Bumhunting includes, without limitation, where a player deliberately plays against very weak opponents avoiding games with other regular players at all costs. If a player is suspected by the network, in its sole discretion, of engaging in bumhunting, the network shall be entitled, without notice, to suspend the player’s participation in the poker network, pending the conclusion of an investigation into the player’s activities. Further, following the conclusion of the investigation, the network reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the suspension or permanently ban the player, and confiscate all funds.
Chip-dumping includes, without limitation, where a player is deemed to have deliberately lost his or her chips. If a player is suspected by the network, in its sole discretion, of engaging in chip-dumping, the network shall be entitled, without notice, to suspend the player’s participation in the poker network, pending the conclusion of an investigation into the player’s activities. Further, following the conclusion of the investigation, the network reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the suspension or permanently ban the player, and confiscate all funds.
Ratholing includes, without limitation, where a player sits at a table with short-stack and upon hitting a certain threshold, he or she deliberately leaves the table, and sits at a new one with a short-stack. If a player is suspected of engaging in ratholing, the network shall warn the player against such activity. The network reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend the player if repeated violations occur.
Blocking tables includes, without limitation, where a player, at any time, sits out at the poker tables with the intention of not playing or preventing others from sitting. If a player is suspected of blocking tables, the network shall warn the player against such activity. The network reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend the player if repeated violations occur.
The network software package contains certain features designed to detect use of automated programs that enable artificial (non-human) intelligence to play. Use of such “bot” software programs violate our agreement, where we deem it detrimental to other players. Our software may perform any or all of the following functions in order to detect the use of illicit automated programs and ensure that we maintain a “cheat free” environment for all users: (1) scan your list of active software applications while you are using the services; (2) scan your list of active processes while you are using the services; and (3) scan the files in your services and site-related program folders to ensure that only “non-hacked” versions of our software are being used. If any of the foregoing processes reveals a suspect application or process, our software may scan the files associated with the suspect application or process and compile a composite mesh (i.e., a profile that characterizes the files associated with the application or process) to be matched against profiles for known illicit automated programs.
In the event that we have reasonable suspicion that any software has been used, we reserve the right to take any action we see fit, including immediately blocking access to the services to the offending player, permanently banning the player account, and seizing all related funds.
The network has developed and employs sophisticated proprietary technology intended to seek out and identify users making fraudulent or unlawful use of the software. Players shall not break into, access or attempt to break into, or otherwise circumvent the network’s security measures.
In the event that we have reasonable suspicion of such activities, we reserve the right to take any action we see fit, including immediately blocking access to the services to the offending player, permanently banning the player account, and seizing all related funds.
The network is committed to protecting the player’s personal information. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, why we collect this information, and how we use the collected information.
We may automatically collect certain data and receive Personal Information which the players provide to us. We may also receive Personal Information from Operators, service providers, and from customer lists lawfully acquired from third-party vendors. We will have access to any information players provide to such vendors, service providers and third-party e-commerce services, and we will use the Personal Information as set out in this Privacy Policy. We take steps to ensure that our arrangements with third-party service providers and online vendors protect the player’s privacy.
We may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law, or to: (1) comply with any legal process served on us, any of our sites or the Services or in circumstances where we are under a substantially similar legal obligation; (2) protect and defend our rights or property; (3) if, in our reasonable judgment, it is necessary to enforce compliance with our internal policies to protect our company, customers, or others; (4) to a person who, in our reasonable judgment, is seeking the information as your agent; (5) where sharing or disclosing your information is required in order to offer you products or services you desire; (6) to a third party or parties, where disclosure is required or permitted by law; or (7) to any other entity that acquires all or a portion of our organization by merger, reorganization, operation of law, or a sale of some or all of our assets.
The network reserves the right to conduct a security review at any time for any potential breach of Security and Ecology Agreement. The documents you send to the network shall not be manipulated or forged in any common sense, including the use of documents from another person. Submitting manipulated or forged documents is an extremely serious offense, and the network, at its sole discretion, will make the final decision after we receive all related documents pertaining to the investigation. Any breach of this clause will immediately result in a permanent ban from the network and seizure of all funds without appeal
