1. Legal Requirements

HighStakes comply with legal and regulatory requirements regarding customer verification and are obligated to confirm that our customers are over 18 and that no identity fraud is being committed.

2. Process

You will need to provide the following in your My Account area:

A bank statement showing your name and address in full. This must have been issued within the last 3 months. It must match the address you have previously provided on HighStakes. If you provide us with a credit card statement you must blank out the eight middle numbers of the credit card.
A photo ID: The document must be in date and can be either a drivers licence or passport. Specifically the front of your ID will be needed which should include your full name, photograph and signature.

3. Documentation

HighStakes is committed to providing a safe and responsible platform for recreational gaming. All of our users must be 18 or older and we are bound by our licensing agreement to verify this.

Maximum security is of the utmost importance to HighStakes and where necessary we will need to be provided with documentation.

International banking standards and our payment processors require us to follow all regulatory requirements such as obtaining documentation.

Notarized: We may require certain documentation to be authenticated by a qualified Notary/Solicitor. This should be signed and stamped as proof of legitimacy upon our request.

5. When To Provide Documentation

Upon creation of your account you will be allowed to upload all necessary documentation to verify your account. We urge you to do this before depositing or playing. This will ensure smoother and faster processing of payments in the future.

How To Upload your documents: Please upload any scanned documents on your Verify page by clicking Verify > Browse > Upload. You will receive a confirmation once processed.

If a scanner is not available we also accept high quality pictures taken from a digital camera or mobile device. Please ensure that all the information shows clearly so it can be accepted.
