HighStakes™ Poker uses a simple rake structure across three poker table types: Cash Tables, MTT Tables and AoF Tables.
This rake structure applies on and after the date of article publishing to HighStakes™ proprietary poker software.
Rake is the fee taken from eligible poker play. The exact method depends on the table type. Cash Tables use percentage rake and caps, MTT Tables use tournament buy-in plus fee, and AoF Tables use fixed rake by stake.

|
Cash Tables |
Rake is taken as a percentage of eligible pots, up to the relevant cap. |

AoF Tables |

AoF rake table below |
Cash Tables
Cash Table rake is taken from eligible real-money pots. The rake percentage is fixed by stake level and does not change based on the number of players. The player count affects only the maximum cap.
For standard flop games, if the hand ends before the flop, no rake is taken. This is known as no flop, no drop.

Cash Table Notes
- Rake is a small percentage of each eligible pot and is only taken when a hand sees a flop: no flop, no rake.
- The rake percentage is fixed by stake level and does not change based on the number of players.
- The only item that varies by player count is the maximum cap.
- Caps are lowest at micro stakes to make games more affordable and welcoming for new and casual players.
- As stakes increase, excluding micro stakes where affordability is paramount, the rake percentage generally decreases.
- This structure is designed to be beatable, competitive and sustainable long-term.
- The model leaves room for promotions, loyalty rewards and special offers.
- This rake structure applies to standard fiat-denominated Cash Tables on HighStakes™ proprietary poker software from the date of publishing.
Winner-Takes-All Rake Attribution
HighStakes™ Poker uses a winner-takes-all rake attribution model for Cash Tables.
Rake is still taken from the eligible pot in the normal way. However, for rakeback, races, rewards and activity tracking, the rake generated by the hand is attributed to the player who wins the pot.
The winner is not charged separately after the hand. The attribution only decides which player receives credit for the rake generated by that hand.

How It Works |
|
Rake collection |
Rake is taken from the eligible pot. |
|
Rake attribution |
The rake generated by the hand is attributed to the winner of the pot. |
|
Rakeback tracking |
Rakeback can be calculated using attributed rake. |
|
Losing players |
Losing players do not receive rake attribution for that hand. |
|
Winning player |
The winning player receives the rake attribution for that hand. |
Why Winner-Takes-All Attribution Is Different
Many poker rooms use dealt rake or contributed rake systems. HighStakes™ Poker uses winner-takes-all attribution because it is direct, easy to understand and rewards the player who wins the pot.
|
Model |
Basic Idea |
|
Dealt rake |
Rake credit may be shared between players dealt into the hand. |
|
Contributed rake |
Rake credit may be shared based on how much each player contributed to the pot. |
|
Winner-takes-all attribution |
Rake credit is assigned to the winner of the pot. |

MTT Tables
MTT Tables use a tournament buy-in and fee structure. The tournament lobby shows the total cost of entry, usually displayed as Buy-in + Fee.
The buy-in goes to the tournament prize pool. The fee is the tournament rake.
