HighStakes has sent three players to the Irish Poker Open in Dublin. Jon “aduriz20” Samperio Gomez, Anthony “ThunderballsAK” Thunder and Giorgos “Onbidea” Loukas were the winners of a satellite event and the trio picked up a package to travel to Dublin and play in the €1,150 Main Event.

The tournament has a €1,000,000 guarantee and is stacked with big names of the game, including defending champion Steve O’Dwyer who returned holding his “lucky chair” from last year.

Play is taking place at the Royal Dublin Society, located in the heart of the city, where Europe’s longest running event has been on the go for 42 years.

A total of 40 tournaments are scheduled to run between April 3 -10, with buy-ins ranging from €150 to €5,000.
